Pastor Dave J has moved around.  His dad was a pastor, and he grew up in KY but has lived most of his life somewhere in Central / East Central IL.  While he worked at State Farm, God was working on his heart and called him to follow in his dad’s footsteps.  He was a pastor for about 10 years before he became a chaplain where he has ministered both with Carle and OSF for roughly eight years and has a continuing relationship as a chaplain with OSF.

     He enjoys running and hiking, has a phenomenal wife and two great daughters who are also walking with the Lord, and strives to be a man of faith honoring God in all he does.  While not perfect by any stretch of the imagination, his goal is that God is glorified in him and through him in all that he does.  He is honored and humbled to join the staff of Trinity in December 2024.
